Integrated Discovery

At Anthem Biosciences, we have in place the infrastructure and the expertise to perform an entire discovery program for our clients: from the initial in vitro screening of compound libraries to non-GLP toxicology. Our medicinal chemists have modified molecules and performed extensive structure activity relation (SAR) studies to increase the potency and in vivo efficacy of compounds, improve its DMPK profiles, decrease the toxicity of compounds, and worked with designing and generating pro drugs. The team from Anthem that include medicinal chemists, research scientists, pharmacologists, and veterinarians has successfully completed such integrated drug discovery projects especially in oncology and the anti-infective therapeutic areas, and helped with filing IND applications.
