Anthem has nearly 90 qualified personnel in the manufacturing division. Our manufacturing team, consisting of process chemists and chemical engineers, design safe and economic processes and offer tailor made chemistry solutions to our clients.

Types of molecules include scaffolds, building blocks, reference compounds, metabolites, complex raw materials and reagents, key intermediates, GMP starting materials, NCEs and APIs.

Anthem has expertise in designing optimal synthetic routes and developing processes for rapid scale-up.

Raw materials are procured from various international suppliers at most competitive prices. Our select team of vendors has been developed based on reliability, quality and on time delivery.

The Chemistry team develops the process in the lab and prepares technology transfer document for scale-up. During development stage, process hazard assessment and analytical method development is carried out in parallel. The chemists who developed the process continue to monitor scale-up operations.

Anthem has modern reactors of various sizes and materials of construction, for production from gram scale to hundreds of kilogram scale. The utilities and ancillary facilities enable Anthem to handle cryogenic reaction up to -100o C, cynation, chlorination, metal mediated synthesis, pressure reactions and many more.

Waste disposal is done in accordance with local regulations and international practices. Anthem is committed to protecting the environment and providing a safe working environment for its employees.

Communication on the progress of the project is done by the Scientist in-charge through regular e-mails/conference calls. Project management team monitors the progress of the project right from raw materials procurement stage through the synthesis and logistics support is provided till the product reaches client’s site. The focus of the team is on timely delivery of right quality and quantity.
