Stable cell line Engineering

Anthem has engineered several cell-based assay ready cell lines for a variety of clients. These cells are either stable cell lines derived from single cell clones following extensive and stringent selection conditions or transiently transfected cells. The following are the highlights of this service:

  • Anthem has engineered cells overexpressing specific proteins in mammalian cells.
  • Many of the engineered cells are reporter based cells that are assay ready for specific signaling pathways.
  • Anthem has also developed knock down cells with an efficiency of close to 95% in a variety of cell lines
  • Multiple proteins have been overexpressed in single cells
  • Anthem has also expertise in transducing primary cells
